RESTON, Va. – Nov. 21, 2005 – IPIX Corporation (NASDAQ: IPIX) today stated that it would continue operations in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The clarification follows the announcement last week that IPIX is taking cost cutting measures that will help the company conserve its cash resources, minimize operational redundancies and align internal resources to take full advantage of the growing demand for immersive technology solutions.
"Our remaining staff in Oak Ridge will continue to be instrumental in the growth of our business and allow the company to effectively address new and existing clients," said Clara Conti, IPIX chief executive officer and president.
